The process Mok uses is succinctly described here. Sunlight produces DC electricity which converts rainwater collected from panel run off into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen is combined with zero emissions to gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. That fuel is sold for profit and easily pays for the entire process. A ton of coal makes 6.8 barrels of liquid fuel products using this process. A ton of coal in the ground is worth $1. That same coal using this process equals 6.8 barrels of crude oil in the ground and is worth over $200 at 2007 prices. The Mok Process turns coal fields even low-rank ones into valuable oil fields.
